This Privacy Policy describes how YetiWerks, LLC ("YetiWerks," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, products, and services, including our MyHOA360 community management platform (collectively, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
Property Information
We collect information about your property, including lot number, property address, and community association membership.
Watercraft Information
We collect details about registered watercraft, including make, model, year, registration numbers, and photographs.
Operator Information
We collect information about authorized watercraft operators, including names, dates of birth, and safety certification status.
Mobile Phone Number
If you provide your mobile phone number, we collect and store it for the purpose of sending SMS notifications you have consented to receive. We also maintain records of your SMS opt-in consent, including the date, time, and method of consent.
Usage Information
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including access times, features used, and device information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Process registrations and manage compliance requirements
- Facilitate billing, dues collection, and payment processing
- Communicate with you about your account and the Service
- Send SMS notifications, alerts, and community messages you have consented to receive
- Send administrative notifications and compliance reminders
- Improve and develop new features
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Google API Services Data
Some communities may enable Title Company Auto-Respond, which lets an authorized administrator connect a Gmail account using Google OAuth. When this feature is enabled and an administrator connects Gmail, we request Gmail read, send, modify, and user email scopes only to support that community's title inquiry workflow.
We use Gmail data to monitor the connected inbox for title company inquiries, prepare and send administrator-configured responses, label or organize processed messages, and show the connection status to authorized administrators.
YetiWerks's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow human access except with administrator direction, for support and security purposes, to comply with law, or to investigate abuse.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties for their marketing purposes.
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to SMS messages, we use it to send account notifications, dues reminders, community announcements, authentication codes, and other service communications as described in our Terms of Service.
Your phone number may be shared with our SMS service provider(s) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for marketing or any other purpose outside of message delivery.
Opt-Out: You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further messages. You may also manage your SMS preferences in your account settings.

We retain records of SMS consent and opt-out history as required by applicable regulations.
5. Information Sharing
Community Administrators
Your registration and compliance information is shared with authorized administrators of your community association for the purpose of managing access and compliance. Administrators do not receive your SMS opt-in data or phone number for purposes outside of their administrative role.
Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and hosting services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.
No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, including your phone number, email address, or SMS opt-in data, to any third party for marketing purposes.
Financial Data
Information processed through integrated payment systems is used solely for billing purposes and is never shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
6. Your Choices
SMS Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the Service or pay dues.
Marketing Opt-Out
You may opt out of having your information shared with marketing partners by updating your preferences in your account settings.
Account Information
You may update or correct your account information at any time by logging into your account. To request deletion, contact your community administrator or email us at hello@yetiwerks.io.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of sensitive data, secure authentication, and regular security assessments.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. SMS consent records may be retained for a longer period as required by law. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Operator information for minors is collected only with parental or guardian consent as part of household registration.
10. California Privacy Rights
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
